Anne joined Reed Smith in 2002 and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Anne maintains a broad transactional real estate practice representing financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, corporate clients, and health care providers in the acquisition, financing, development, operation and leasing of real estate.

Anne has assisted clients with national and international transactions involving hospitals, office buildings, shopping centers, residential developments and brownfields. Such representation has included institutional lenders in connection with real estate and commercial financing transactions and workouts; corporate clients in negotiating and drafting retail and office leases; and health care providers in the disposition, development and leasing of their owned and leased properties.

As a member of Reed Smith's pro bono committee, Anne also regularly represents pro bono clients, and helps to coordinate the firm’s pro bono initiatives and commitments.
