Anne E. Brynn

Ms. Brynn’s practice focuses on estate planning, wealth preservation and transfer, estate and trust administration and charitable giving for individuals, families and family offices.

Ms. Brynn works with clients to design and implement strategies to accomplish their taxable and non-taxable estate planning goals taking into account the client’s individual and family circumstances, including wealth transfer objectives, business succession goals and control issues, charitable planning objectives, existing trusts and anticipated inheritances and asset protection and privacy concerns.

A substantial portion of Ms. Brynn’s practice is focused on multi-generational family estate planning, the administration of family trusts holding significant wealth, and charitable giving through public charities and private foundations. In addition, Ms. Brynn has significant experience in routine and extraordinary probate matters, philanthropic matters and negotiating and preparing premarital and postmarital agreements. As former in-house trust counsel to a national association bank, Ms. Brynn also has considerable experience in the corporate fiduciary arena and with related regulatory and risk management issues.
