Anne Louise Cook is Office Managing Partner of the Dallas office, where she concentrates her practice in insurance litigation. Anne has 13 years of experience evaluating and pursuing subrogation recoveries for insurance carriers. She has experience handling cargo claims, building collapses, products liability actions, and construction defect cases. She has also successfully pursued actions involving chemical, electrical and arson fires.

100% award in transformer/electrical fire case where the defendant electrical company claimed immunity from liability under its state tariff Successful representation of clients at numerous arbitration hearings Resolution of products liability actions against a car manufacturer for defective design of vehicles brake systems Anne is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the American Bar Association. She also volunteers with the North Texas Legal Aid Society, an organization that provides legal assistance to individuals who cannot otherwise afford these services. Currently, she is representing clients regarding probate and family law matters.
Anne earned her bachelor of arts degree in three years from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991, and her law degree at the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1995, where she served as articles editor on the SMU Law Review. She was admitted to practice in Texas in 1995, and is admitted in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
