Ms. Andersen assists U.S. and foreign – including Scandinavian and Brazilian – corporations on a regular basis in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset sales, and joint ventures. Her clients include businesses in the renewable energy, oil and gas, technology, retail, manufacturing, service, aviation, shipping, rail, and professional design sectors, among others.
Ms. Andersen also advises clients on loan and financing agreements. She has substantial experience in public and private securities offerings and IPOs, including simultaneous offerings in multiple countries and the United States.
