Annie Carroll

is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Practice Group in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. Ms. Carroll's practice focuses on areas of bankruptcy law and corporate restructuring matters. She has represented parties in interest in insolvency-related commercial litigation and has experience in the negotiation of high-profile Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings.

Ms. Carroll is a graduate of Davidson College, cum laude, where in 2006 she earned a bachelor's degree in history. She obtained her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2010, where she also served as a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review.
