Ariella M. Feingold

Ariella Feingold represents management clients in labor and employment matters in state and federal court proceedings, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state-equivalent agencies, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Department of Employment and Training. Ms. Feingold also counsels clients on a variety of employment-related matters, including issues regarding disciplinary actions, non-competition agreements, hiring, firing, reductions in force, and complying with state and federal discrimination and wage and hour laws.

In addition, Ms. Feingold assists clients in drafting employment-related documents, including employment agreements, severance agreements, handbooks, and general correspondence, and conducts seminars on topics including sexual harassment and discrimination avoidance. Ms. Feingold also works with clients on traditional labor matters, including union avoidance strategies and union organizational campaigns.
