Areas of Practice

Ms. Hirano counsels employers and human resources professionals in all aspects of employment law compliance and best practices, including the drafting, review and implementation of policies and procedures; wage and hour audits; executive compensation; and mass layoffs and reorganizations. Ms. Hirano also handles employment-related litigation, including wage and hour class actions; discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment lawsuits; as well as administrative litigation, collective bargaining and general labor relations matters.
