Atif Khawaja

is a litigation partner with broad experience litigating high-stakes commercial and intellectual property disputes across a variety of industries. Atif has successfully litigated matters before courts and arbitration panels across the country, addressing claims of patent infringement, unfair competition, fraud, breach of contract, fiduciary duties and other complex matters. He represents Fortune 100 companies, Internet and other new economy companies as well as private companies and individuals.

Atif co-chairs the Firm's Diversity Committee and sits on its Recruiting and Pro Bono Management Committees. He is one of two coordinators of the pro bono program in the Firm's New York office.
