Ausra Deluard has counseled private equity clients and Fortune 500 companies on antitrust issues arising from proposed acquisitions, interlocking directorates, distribution arrangements, pharmaceutical settlements, bundling, and no-challenge clauses. She has participated in all aspects of government investigations and discovery, including preparing for and attending depositions, interviewing witnesses, collecting and reviewing documents for relevance and privilege, managing document productions, and requesting amnesty. Ausra has drafted pleadings and legal memoranda for complex civil actions, second requests, and bankruptcy proceedings with results, including a favorable 12(b)(6) bench decision, the exclusion of an entire business segment with combined shares of more than 60 percent from a second request, and claimants dropping a $5 billion antitrust claim.

Ausra is active in the International and Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association and has written extensively on antitrust-related issues. She also has worked on programs engaging underprivileged inner city youth in sailing.
