Austin F. Breen

Austin's practice focuses on employment-related matters from the management side, including matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

He has experience defending employers in state and federal courts, and before state and federal agencies. Additionally, Austin counsels employers regarding employment agreements, handbooks and policies, employee discipline and terminations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. Austin also assists buyers and sellers, including private equity funds, with employment matters relating to an array of corporate transactions.

At Wake Forest University School of Law, Austin was a member of the Wake Forest Moot Court Board.
