Ayanna's practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance and, general corporate law and supply chain arrangements. She represents international and domestic companies in connection with private and public mergers, corporate restructuring, stock and asset sales, business divestitures and third-party service arrangements. She also represents companies in connection with the negotiation of master agreements for the procurement and provision of products and services, particularly intellectual property licensing and professional services.

While earning her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Ayanna participated in two international studies programs, one at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand and the other at the University of Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. As an undergraduate at Duke University, Ayanna completed her junior year abroad at the London School of Economics.
