Beata Ng is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Beata has defended employers in a range of employment and labor matters, including those involving alleged wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and disability discrimination. Beata has defended clients in single plaintiff cases as well as large class action lawsuits.

Beata counsels employers on employee-related laws and issues, including reductions in force, employee handbooks, employee grievances, disability accommodations and leaves of absences, and assists clients in drafting employment agreements.

In addition, Beata devotes time each year to various pro bono matters, including coaching high school mock trial and advocating for foster parents seeking payment of foster care benefits.
