Belinda Orem concentrates her practice in complex business litigation, primarily involving commercial fraud and negligence, unfair trade practices, fiduciary liability, RICO, securities, trade disparagement and intellectual property. She also is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group, with members located in five of the firm’s offices.

A substantial portion of her practice involves defending ERISA class actions. She also is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and advises clients on a variety of other issues involving daily business operations, such as health care provider contracts, collection issues concerning employee health care plans covered by ERISA, and Medicare.
