Ben Adler is a member of the Corporate Practice at Greenberg Traurig. Ben travels extensively to financial centers where GT maintains offices, and provides guidance and advice to clients on a worldwide basis. Ben joins the firm from Goldman, Sachs & Co. At Goldman, Ben was a Managing Director in the legal department and General Counsel of the Merchant Banking Division. During his 18 years at Goldman, Ben was actively involved in the provision and supervision of legal services on a global basis to Goldman’s private equity complex. In this regard, among other things, Ben was actively involved in fund formation, structuring and execution of investment, financing and harvesting transactions, advising on governance issues, development of compliance programs and dealing with regulatory developments. Prior to joining Goldman, he was a partner in the corporate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
