Benjamin Liss is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Liss' practice focuses on corporate transactional matters and general company representation.

Mr. Liss received his JD from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, through the school's accelerated JD program. While at law school, Mr. Liss represented Northwestern in the National Transactional LawMeet Competition.

Prior to law school, Mr. Liss worked at Lockheed Martin Corporation in their manufacturing and operations departments during which he completed his certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training.

Mr. Liss received his BS in Business Administration with honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
