Ben has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, and investment transactions, with an emphasis on technology companies and investment funds.

He is recognized for his work with large venture capital funds and emerging companies and has completed dozens of successful acquisitions. Ben offers hands-on legal and business advice to clients investing in and acquiring emerging companies, intellectual property, and talent. He represents companies in transactions that involve fiber infrastructure and wireless technologies, micro-LED developments, software animation, application indexing, and systems and applications essential to the "Internet of Things."

Ben also represents lead investors in preferred equity financings and has worked on investments involving four of Fortune’s top 20 technology startups on The Unicorn List for 2016, including Uber Technologies, Inc., Airbnb, Inc., Snap Inc. (f/k/a “Snapchat”), and WeWork Companies.
