Ben Chastain

is an associate in the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation practice group. He is a member of the litigation team representing R.J. Reynolds Reynolds Tobacco Company in thousands of “Engle progeny” lawsuits in Florida, and will serve as a trial team member in upcoming trials throughout the state. Mr. Chastain’s practice includes all phases of litigation and trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chastain developed a broad range of litigation experience. He has experience in the areas of: business litigation, franchise litigation, products liability defense, medical malpractice defense, and first-party insurance and bad faith claims. He has represented clients ranging from individuals to multi-billion dollar companies, and has litigated cases throughout the United States.
