He has represented individuals, high-tech start-ups, and major US and global broker-dealers, financial institutions, and publicly traded companies in investigations by the SEC, FINRA, state regulators and the US Department of Justice on complex and novel securities law issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Neaderland served as a foreign affairs specialist in the Office of European and NATO Policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense (1997-2000) and as a foreign affairs legislative assistant to United States Senator William S. Cohen (1995-1996).
