Ben Neidl focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation encompassing the full range of contract and other business disputes. As part of the Albany office's growing administrative law and government litigation practice, Ben frequently represents clients in challenging government agency determinations, responding to government investigations, and protesting or defending awards of government contracts. Ben's practice also extends to the defense of engineers, architects, lawyers and accountants in professional liability matters, and he has a strong background in personal injury defense as well. Ben has also represented employers in matters involving allegations of discrimination on the basis of gender and disability. Ben is experienced in all stages of litigation, including pretrial, trial and appellate work.

Beginning his career in the commercial litigation department of a major international law firm, Ben was trained to litigate large-scale, complex cases. Since joining Wilson Elser in his hometown of Albany, Ben has handled cases of every size for a broad range of clients. Although he still routinely represents institutional clients in large cases, Ben also enjoys the particular challenges and rewards that come with representing individual clients.
