He has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes, involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, professional malpractice, and other business torts. Mr. Razi also has expertise in and regularly handles litigation involving the pharmaceutical and financial services industries, as well as whistleblower claims, False Claims Act litigation, and securities and antitrust litigation and investigations.
