Ben has counseled clients on numerous transactions, including Goodrich Corporation's $18.4 billion merger with United Technologies, Procter & Gamble's divestiture of its Folgers coffee business, Procter & Gamble's consumer health care partnership with Teva Pharmaceuticals, The Sherwin-Williams Company's $2.34 billion acquisition of Consorcio Comex, S.A. de C.V., FirstMerit Corporation's acquisition of Citizens Republic, Zoran Corporation's merger with CSR plc, Tech Mahindra's investment in Satyam Computer Services, and the acquisition of Axsys Technologies by General Dynamics. Other companies with which Ben has worked on substantial matters include Chart Industries, Jefferies & Co., KeyBanc Capital Markets, OM Group, and Parker Hannifin.
