Benn Charles Wilson

Benn Wilson is an associate with the IP Litigation Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Benn served as a law clerk to Judge R. Lanier Anderson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Chief Judge Ashley Royal of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Mr. Wilson received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. At Georgia, Benn also served as an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review. Benn earned an M.S. and a B.S., with highest honors, in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
