Bernard P. Grondin is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Miami office. He focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and strategic investors in complex corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity investments, and joint ventures. He also has a unique skill set critical to representing buyers, sellers or joint venture partners in negotiating, documenting, facilitating and closing transactions involving health care companies.

Bernie previously advised private equity funds as well as public and private companies with respect to their domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and corporate governance. He also represented issuers in initial public offerings, including blank check companies, and acted as corporate counsel to publicly traded companies.

Bernie is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
