Bethany concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation and discovery matters, including the defense of mass tort claims and antitrust matters. She frequently counsels clients and other lawyers regarding multidistrict litigation practices and procedures and has represented numerous defendants and served as liaison counsel in multidistrict litigation. In conjunction with her practice, she has gained significant exposure to and counseled clients regarding issues of electronic discovery, production and document management. She also has experience defending a variety of product manufacturers in warranty and products liability actions, as well as healthcare clients in adult-care facility licensing issues.

From 2005 to 2009, Bethany taught Appellate Advocacy at the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law. While earning her law degree from the University of Richmond, she was honored as a member of the McNeill Law Society and served as manuscripts editor while a member of the law review.

Bethany is an avid triathlete in her time away from the office. She completed two Ironmans (currently training for her third) and numerous shorter distance triathlons.
