Bette B. Epstein

Bette's practice focuses on trust and estate litigation representing individual and corporate trustees, executors and beneficiaries. She also handles contested conservatorships, representing conservatees and conservators. She has had numerous successful trials as well as many successful mediations on behalf of her clients. In addition, Bette serves as a mediator in trust and estate matters and has also served as an expert witness in conservatorship and estate litigation proceedings.

Bette is a frequent presenter at continuing education programs in the field of trust and estate litigation and mediation of those disputes and also a guest lecturer at the University of San Francisco School of Law in the field of Legal Ethics.
