Bevin has extensive experience coordinating the regulatory reviews of complex and multijurisdictional transactions that involve multiple federal and state agencies. She serves as one of the Firm's leading lawyers in Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification requirements and often coordinates multi-country merger reviews.
