Bindia Malhotra is a counsel in the firm’s Finance Group in the New York office. She represents a wide range of financial institutions and mortgage originators on the financing of mortgage-backed and asset-backed security loans and repurchase and warehouse transactions. She advises financial institutions and other capital market participants on all aspects of the finance, acquisition and disposition of financial assets and has extensive experience with repurchase and warehouse arrangements.

Most recently, Bindia worked at American Express and provided full legal support to the merchant financing business, including the business, operations, risk, marketing and compliance teams.
