Blair M. Tyson

Blair Tyson is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm's Alternative Investments Practice. A partner since 2007, Mr. Tyson resided in the firm’s Tokyo office from 2002-2004.

Mr. Tyson’s experiences have included banking and structured finance work. He regularly represents a variety of lenders, arrangers and borrowers in the United States, Asia and Latin and South America. Mr. Tyson’s recent areas of particular focus include structured investments, including for purposes of obtaining capital relief, secured hedging facilities, and innovative acquisition financings, including in distressed situations.
