Bonita L. Hatchett, Esq. is a Founder of Trest Benefit Solutions, LLC. Ms. Hatchett serves as the Qualified Plans Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.

Ms. Hatchett is the Chief CSRS and FERS Lecturer and Educator to the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense and to the U.S. Army, teaching 2-Day Retirement Plan Seminars around the world.

Ms. Hatchett has over 17 years of experience as an Employee Benefits and ERISA lawyer and consultant. Her career began at Bell Boyd & Lloyd, now known as K&L Gates, LLP, where she was a member of the Employee Benefits and ERISA practice as an associate and later as a partner. Ms. Hatchett counsels national corporations, public sector entities, growth and middle-market companies, jointly-trusteed funds, as well as entrepreneurs in every major industry group, including educational institutions, philanthropic organizations and individuals, on employee benefits matters.
