Brad Dashoff concentrates on a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and ground leasing of commercial properties, complex joint venture structures, and real estate development and the various types of debt and equity financing structures and alternatives related to such transactions. His experience includes representing owners and developers in multi-parcel mixed use development projects, landlords in sale-leaseback transactions as well as borrowers and lenders in traditional, construction, securitized and mezzanine financings. Mr. Dashoff also has experience representing sponsors and investors in the creation of real estate investment funds.
