Brad Seiling is a partner in the firm's Litigation Division and the cochair of the Class Action and Financial Services Litigation practice groups. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as class actions and representative lawsuits brought under California's Unfair Competition Law, Business and Professions Code Sections 17200 et seq.
