Prior to its acquisition by NBC Universal in 2006, Mr. Breen represented iVillage, the leading online destination for women, in a number of major strategic partnership/licensing transactions; oversaw iVillage's worldwide trademark portfolio; and advised iVillage with regard to adversarial intellectual property matters.
