Branding and Trademark Portfolio Management Mr. Breen represents numerous mid- to large-size business enterprises with respect to branding and trademark portfolio management, including in the financial services, professional services, publishing, and computer software and IT consulting sectors.
iVillage Inc. Prior to its acquisition by NBC Universal in 2006, Mr. Breen represented iVillage, the leading online destination for women, in a number of major strategic partnership/licensing transactions; oversaw iVillage's worldwide trademark portfolio; and advised iVillage with regard to adversarial intellectual property matters.
