Bradley Reed

is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Bradley represents private equity sponsors and other clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and counsels clients on a range of general corporate and securities law matters, including Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure issues, corporate governance best practices, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, Section 16 reporting, fiduciary duties and stock exchange listing requirements. He also represents issuers and sponsors in the United States and abroad with respect to initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, convertible securities offerings and tender and exchange offers.
