Brady Mickelsen joined TriNet in June 2015 as Chief Legal Officer. He leads all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance functions.

Previously, Brady was an M&A/corporate partner at White & Case, based in the Silicon Valley office. Prior to White & Case, Brady was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for the corporate, securities and acquisitions team.

Brady has a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
