Brant’s broad litigation experience includes commercial disputes, international tort claims, civil RICO claims, securities and shareholder suits, antitrust disputes, energy contract disputes, products liability claims, environmental litigation and whistleblower, discrimination, and retaliation charges. Before founding the firm, Brant was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, DC.
