Breck N. Hancock

Breck Hancock, an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department, is a member of the Private Equity and Leveraged Finance Practices and the Technology Companies Group. Her practice focuses primarily on representing private equity and venture capital clients and their portfolio companies. Ms. Hancock joined Goodwin Procter in 2005. Ms. Hancock has advised clients on a range of corporate and financing matters, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and divestitures, private company investments, venture capital transactions, private tender offers, commercial loans, subordinated financing, reorganizations, recapitalizations and general corporate governance. Ms. Hancock represents investors, issuers, sponsors and lenders in debt and equity financings and serves as outside general corporate counsel for private companies. She has experience advising private equity and venture capital funds on structuring and completing investments and managing portfolio companies.
