Brendan P. Mace

Brendan Mace focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, securities law compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Additionally, Brendan has represented clients in numerous pro bono matters, including advising a non-profit corporation on corporate governance issues, defending a tenant in an unlawful detainer action and appealing the denial of federal foster care benefits.

Brendan received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law where he graduated Order of the Coif. At UCLA, he served as the co-editor-in-chief of the UCLA Pacific Basin Law Journal. During law school, Brendan also worked as a research assistant to UCLA law professor Steven Bank, which involved research on corporate and tax law issues. During his second summer, Brendan worked as a summer associate at Bingham where he gained experience in a wide array of legal practices.

Prior to law school, Brendan worked as a business formation specialist at LegalZoom.com.
