Bret Siciliano is counsel in the Corporate Department of the Los Angeles office of Venable LLP. His practice focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, dissolutions, intellectual property licensing and real estate transactions.

He has significant experience in drafting, structuring and negotiating a wide variety of transaction documents including merger agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, operating agreements, stock purchase agreements, real estate purchase agreements, commercial leases and joint venture agreements.

Mr. Siciliano also assists numerous clients in the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
