Brett Goldblatt is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and member of the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity Groups. Mr. Goldblatt has been a partner since 2005.

Mr. Goldblatt represents clients in fund, joint venture, mergers and acquisition, restructuring, corporate governance and capital markets matters. His clients include private equity firms, family offices, registered investment advisors and companies in a broad range of industries, including renewable and traditional energy, gaming, telecom, and real estate.
