Brian A. Breedlove

Brian Breedlove is an associate in the firm's Litigation & Trial Practice Group and also represents corporate borrowers, financial institutions and equity sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions involving asset-based lending, acquisitions and secured financings.

Brian earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2010. During law school, Brian served as an Honors Writing Scholar and staff member of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to law school, Brian received his B.A., with honors, in History from Duke University, where he was an Undergraduate Writing Fellow, served as Secretary of his class, and earned Duke’s Campus Leader of the Year award.

Following law school, Brian gained transactional drafting skills and litigation experience at both the trial and appellate level practicing domestic law in North Carolina.
