Brian Selden represents a cross-section of the nation's largest companies in complex civil and commercial litigation and class action defense, as well as in criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations. Brian's class experience spans a variety of substantive legal areas, including consumer and warranty class defense, shareholder disputes, and employment litigation under state and federal laws. He also has assisted technology, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing companies resolve contract disputes up and down their supply chains.

Brian's recent work includes representing a major insurance company in congressional and criminal investigations related to claims-handling in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and defending companies including Bank of America and Lowe's Home Improvement from consumer fraud, Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), and unfair competition claims in multiple jurisdictions.
