Brian Devling represents lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions as a member of the Banking, Business & Public Finance; Real Estate; and the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Client Service Groups. He has experience working with clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and administering a variety of credit facilities including secured and unsecured facilities, asset-based loans, syndicated loans, factoring transactions, real estate development loans and construction loans. Mr. Devling also counsels clients in connection with workouts, restructurings and bankruptcies.
