Brooke Nussbaum is an associate in the Cooley Business department. She joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Washington, DC office.

Ms. Nussbaum's practice consists primarily of corporate and securities law, and includes the general representation of public and private companies and of private equity funds. She specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies in a variety of transactions including venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Ms. Nussbaum received a JD from Stanford Law School in 2008. She received a BS in Biochemistry, summa cum laude, from Tufts University in 2003.

Ms. Nussbaum is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
