Bruce C. Bloomingdale has more than 20 years of experience advising clients both in the U.S. and Europe on a broad range of capital markets, regulatory and finance matters, including asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, securitization, and structured finance transactions.

Mr. Bloomingdale has extensive experience with consumer and corporate debt transactions, including LBO and other acquisition transactions, re-capitalizations and the monetization of illiquid assets, across a variety of asset types, including auto loans and leases, copyrights, dealer floorplan loans, fleet and equipment leases, franchise loans, insurance premium receivables, marketplace loans, retail installment contracts, small business loans and trade receivables. His experience also includes establishing and developing new asset classes and special purpose vehicles, including ABCP conduits, structured investment vehicles, permanent capital vehicles, master trusts and funds; and off-balance sheet and other regulatory driven transactions.
