Bruce H. Giles Klein

Bruce Giles-Klein has broad experience in virtually all areas of municipal finance, including transportation, industrial development, resource recovery, airport, electric power, single family housing, multifamily housing, water and sewer, sports facility, university, health care, and traditional municipal finance, as well as the municipal finance aspects of tax-exempt money market funds, credit enhancement and synthetic securities.

Bruce has wide-ranging experience working with derivative products and hedge devices, and in particular interest rate "swap" transactions, as well as with transportation issues at the local, state and federal level, particularly with issues related to the financing of transportation infrastructure. Bruce also has broad experience on tax exempt financings to develop facilities for 501(c)(3) arts, educational, cultural, community and health care organizations.
