Bruce Graham is a partner in Goodwin Procter's Real Estate Capital Markets Group and its Public Finance Practice. He serves on the firm’s Opinion Committee and formerly served as hiring partner for the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Graham specializes in the financing and refinancing of a variety of public and private projects, including all forms of public infrastructure, utilities, multifamily housing projects, education facilities, single-family master-planned communities, industrial, manufacturing, transportation, and recreational facilities, hospitals and other non-profit facilities, and commercial and residential redevelopment projects.
