Bruce J. Rader

Bruce Rader is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, co-chair of its Debt Finance Group and a member of its Private Equity Practice. Mr. Rader has considerable experience in the areas of leveraged buyouts, mezzanine and other debt financings and representation of privately held companies. He has been recognized as a New York “Super Lawyer” for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
