Bryan Adams

is a Counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Houston. His practice focuses mainly on intellectual property transactional matters, including acquisition, research and development, and licensing of intellectual property assets and international and domestic trademark prosecution, litigation and portfolio management; however, he has a wide range of experience in marketing, finance, securities, and general corporate matters.
