Simon represents individuals and organizations under investigation by federal and state agencies such as the DOJ, the SEC, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Office of the Inspector General. He also conducts internal investigations and practices general commercial litigation, including securities class actions, False Claims Act cases and contract disputes.
