Caitlin V. May

Caitlin V. May is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. The lawyers in our Labor and Employment Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including employment counseling and single-plaintiff litigation, complex employment and employee benefits litigation, single-employer and industry-wide collective bargaining, Department of Labor matters, intellectual property disputes, and intricate employee benefits matters.

Ms. May received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2013, where she was a research fellow for the Center for Law and Ethics, president of the Women’s Law Association, and served on the board of the Public Interest Law Foundation. While in law school, she tutored sections of Civil Procedure, Torts, and Contracts for the USF Academic Support Program. Ms. May received CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing and Analysis I and White Collar Crime. She is also member of the McAuliffe Honor Society and was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence and the Arthur C. Zief Jr. Scholarship. Ms. May received her B.A., with honors, in politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2009.

Ms. May is admitted to practice in California.
